Ajisai Sushi & Steak, with Hibachi tables using a downdraft system allow these front-of-house cooktops to host groups seated around a chef so the focus is on enjoying sizzling food in an extraordinary space.

ABOUT

The exhaust systems for the tables run below grade and vent through the roof, invisibly hidden in thick walls, allowing for clear sightlines of patrons with each other and of the custom handcrafted surroundings.  A true feast for the senses.
