A simple, connected, people first community shaped around shared open space and longterm stability for Portland families.
Three buildings form a U-shaped community around a shared central courtyard — a quiet, car-free green space.
ABOUT
Fully accessible pedestrian paths connect the courtyard to both streets, creating safe, intuitive movement for residents, whether they walk, roll, or rely on transit. All vehicles enter from a single driveway on SE 60th, keeping parking and service functions contained while preserving the landscape for people.
A three-story building to the east and a two-story building to the west frame views toward the city and treetops. Rooflines tilt south and west to maximize solar potential, lowering energy costs for residents and supporting Portland’s climate goals. CM1 zoning supports 26 stacked-flat homes, with an emphasis on family-sized units. Ground-floor homes incorporate universal design strategies, ensuring accessibility for residents of all ages and mobility modalities.
